SB#4, or the peace keeper, gives the founder, and in some cases the Delegate, the power to end bickering among the people of AOAN by most means needed. This goes for civil and Political disputes. The course of action may not lead to a permanent banning, or ejection of more than 2 weeks.
*Rider #1, A.K.A Peaceful Over Watch.
Citizens of AOAN may bring one another to court in civil matters. This included the use of puppets for dastardly plans, such as election fraud or over all shattering of the peace. The Judges in the Court system must follow Rider # 2 of this bill to preserve the security of AOAN.
*Rider #2, No unfair or Unusual Punishment.
All administration, wether it be the Founder, Delegate, or judges, may not hand out unfair and unusual punishments. As stated in the Carrier bill, no permanent bannings or ejections over 2 weeks, or Public displays of discrimination. Stripping of position can be handed out by the Founder only, but temporary power retractions can be given by the Judges if they see if.
